Young people in OOHC
Children and young people in out-of-home care needing emergency or planned placement support.
Safe, structured residential support for children and young people when they need it most — delivered with care, consistency, and a deep commitment to child-safe practice.
What is SSRC?
Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC) provides short to medium-term residential support for children and young people whose family or usual care arrangements have been temporarily disrupted. It bridges the gap between crisis and longer-term planning — giving young people a stable, supportive environment while case planning continues.
As an Approved SSRC Provider (CGVA0770), Your Story Community Supports delivers placements across Sydney and Greater NSW with experienced, vetted staff, trauma-informed practice, and 24/7 supervision tailored to each young person's needs.
