Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual

Support Worker

Multiple locations across NSW

Provide day-to-day support to NDIS participants in home and community settings. Experience preferred but not essential — we provide full training.

  • Current or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards it) preferred
  • Genuine passion for supporting people with disability
Full-Time / Part-Time

Registered Nurse

NSW & QLD

Deliver complex and high-intensity clinical care to participants in supported living and home settings.

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in disability, aged care, or community nursing preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
Full-Time

Support Coordinator

NSW

Help NDIS participants understand and implement their plans, connect with services, and navigate the system with confidence.

  • Experience in NDIS support coordination or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and price guide
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
Full-Time

Team Leader / Supervisor

NSW

Lead and support a team of support workers across one or more of our accommodation sites, ensuring quality care and positive outcomes for participants.

  • Previous leadership experience in disability or community services
  • Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving and people management skills
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
